Branch Manager – Semarang (Assistant General Manager)

Job Responsibilities:

-Report directly to Country Manager, should be able to build and maintain a strong relationship with existing costumers and potential costumers

-Lead two major teams, commercial and operations, and expected to continuously communicate the vision and values of our company

-Ensure the teams could deliver their best and align with company’s direction

Sales Executive (Account Manager)

Job Responsibilities:

-Sell all DAMCO services/products (OCE/AIR/VAS/WND) to portfolio customers defined as per industry verticals

-Manage existing customers in the portfolio and secure new customers as per Book of Business

-Expand business from current customers (increase share of wallet) and retain current customers

Job Requirements:

-Minimum Bachelor degree

-Experience in similar industry, at least 3 years

-Target driven, strong customer networks

-Excellent communication skills – English and Bahasa Indonesia

-Good leadership
