Requirements:
1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in
Accouting
2. Possess at least Bachelor’s degree in HR
Management or Industrial / Organization Psychology
3. Possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Law
4. At least 3 years working experience as
external auditor in Big 4 or as internal auditor in multinational company for
supervisor and 4 years experience for assistant manager. Preferably specializing
in Financial and Taxation Audit, familiar with SAP program, audit report
writing. Experience in IT Audit is an advantage
5. At least 7 years working experience in HR
Managament on managerial level in the area of Recruitment / Selection, HR
Management, HR Development, and Industrial Relations
6. At least 5 years working experience in
Legal matters; Laws and regulations compliance, contract and legal document,
legal advice and guidance
