Head of Project Management (HPM)
-Bachelor/Master Degree of Architecture/Civil
Engineering
-At least 8-10 years of relevant professional
experience and proven record in planning, coordinating and executing complex
capital projects in infrastructure projects
-Extensive experience in drafting tender
documents for outsourcing of technicalservices and managing contractual
services
-Proficient in Project Life Cycle Management
and Implementation
-Experienced in budget and cost estimate
preparation, and accounts oversight with respect to construction and contract
related expenditures
Sales and Marketing Manager (SMM)
-Bachelor / Master Degree of Economic /
Management / Bisiness
-At least 5 years working experiences in
construction
-Experience for making strategic planning and
achieving sales target
Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS)
-Diploma / Bachelor / Master Degree of Civil
Engineering
-At least 5 years working experiences in
construction
-Relevant quantity surveying experiences,
perform project value analysis, prepare tender and contract documents also
conduct market survey for pricing
-Strong sense of responsibility and ability to
handle multiple projects
Senior Project Manager (SPM)
-Bachelor / Master Degree of Architecture /
Civil Engineering
-At least 8-10 years working experience with
solid track record with developers / consultants as team leader
-Proven track record of managing high rise
building development projects
-Experience in financial evaluation of
development site acquisition is an advantage
Engineering – Site, Civil, ME (ENG)
-Bachelor Degree of Architecture, Civil
Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
-In depth technical knowledge regarding
construction design
-Experience in Site Feasibility Analysis,
Project Estimating
-Preferably with experience in Urban Design,
Land Use Planning
Project Architect (PAC)
-Bachelor / Master Degree of Architecture
-At least 3 years working experiences in
construction
-Experienced in using SketchUp, Microsoft
Office, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Primavera
-Strong design and project management
capabilities
Landscape and Planner (LNP)
-Bachelor / Master Degree in Architecture /
Civil Engineering / Urban Planning
-Flair for design and strong graphic and
illustrative capability
-Technical excellence in schematic / detailed
hard landscape design
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD,
Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and InDesign skills
-A good understanding, both theoretichal and
practical, of the architectural principles, methods, and techniques and their
applications to the design and construction or improvement of buildings
Infrastructure Engineering (IFE)
-Bachelor / Master Degree in Civil Engineering
-At least 3 years working experiences in
infrastructure construction
-Experience in infrastructure master plan,
drainage, road, bridge, underpass, flyover, flood control
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD,
Photoshop
General Requirements:
1. Good communication skill in English both
writing and speaking
2. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
3. To be stationed in Makassar / Manado / Bali
/ Kupang / Ambon / Ternate
